Brivano Labs develops apps for the Wix App Market and runs this website. This Privacy Policy applies to all apps we publish and to brivanolabs.com. Where an app has its own detailed privacy policy, that app-specific policy governs that app and takes precedence over this page.
1. Who we are
Brivano Labs (formerly CloudSlash3) is an independent app developer for the Wix platform, operated by Michael Adam. Contact: hello@brivanolabs.com
2. What data our apps collect
Each app collects only the data necessary to operate its core functionality:
- ForumFlow — governed by its own detailed privacy policy at forumflow.brivanolabs.com.
- Last Updated Sync — Wix site instance ID, timestamps of site update events, widget display preferences, sync history logs.
- Buyhopper (formerly StickyCart) — does not collect or store any data. Governed by its own privacy policy at brivanolabs.com/buyhopper/legal.
- Hoppy Parcel — order number and email entered by shoppers (used only to look up the order, not stored); Wix site instance ID and tracking numbers, for the Pro plan's monthly usage count. On the Pro plan, tracking numbers and carrier codes are sent to 17TRACK to fetch live shipping status. Governed by its own privacy policy at brivanolabs.com/hoppy-parcel/legal.
Our apps do not collect passwords, payment information, or any sensitive personal data. App data is used solely to provide the app's functionality to the site where it is installed — never for advertising, analytics or profiling.
3. Our website and newsletter
You can browse brivanolabs.com without giving us any personal information.
- Newsletter. If you sign up, we collect your email address. We first send you a confirmation email, and add you to our list only after you click the link in it. We use your address only to send news about our apps — new launches and important updates, a few times a year.
- Unsubscribing. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will remove you.
- Where it's stored. Subscriber emails are stored with Resend, the email service we use to send our emails. We never sell or rent your address, and we don't share it with anyone else.
- Hosting and statistics. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Demos. Interactive demos on this site (such as the ForumFlow demo) save anything you type only in your own browser. Nothing is sent to us.
4. Data storage and security
Data is stored on secure third-party infrastructure. All communication between our apps, our website and our servers occurs over HTTPS. We do not expose secret keys or credentials to the browser.
5. Data sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We use the following sub-processors: Supabase (database hosting), Render.com and Cloudflare (application and website hosting, privacy-friendly web statistics), Resend (email) and 17TRACK (shipment tracking data, Hoppy Parcel only). Each app uses only the providers it needs; where an app has its own privacy policy, that policy lists the providers it uses.
6. Data retention
App data is retained as long as the app is installed on your site. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@brivanolabs.com.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at hello@brivanolabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies and tracking
Our apps and this website do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Within our apps, user identity is established through Wix's built-in authentication — no separate login or cookie is set by our apps.
9. Children's privacy
Our apps and website are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
